In The Mix Event Group will capture all of the special details and moments of your wedding day. The final video will tell your unique love story as the people, place, moments, and fine details are put together in a beautiful 4k video This will allow you to relive and limitlessly share your big day with friends and family.

Our promise to you!

Following consultation (via FaceTime or Zoom), you will be requested to fill out a detailed questionnaire that will give our team the ability to gather the important details necessary for preparation. A comprehensive schedule will be made based off of your official wedding day itinerary for members from our media team to follow throughout the entirety of your wedding. You’ll receive an edited highlight video, option to have drone footage, and all of the raw footage from your day.

   Where do I even begin? Our wedding at Renault Winery wouldn't have been the same without In the Mix! From the very beginning, Harry wowed us with his professionalism and kept that same energy until the very end. He wasn't just an MC, he was the conductor of our party, and the absolute master of keeping the dance floor packed all night long.

He was attentive to every detail, from honoring special requests to keeping the energy high throughout the night.

His website was a perfect timeline of wedding to-dos and could easily replace a wedding planner! He patiently listened to all our goals for the evening.

DJ Saint James somehow seamlessly weaved a mix of old school R&B, 90’s pop, hip hop, and alternative music into the soundtrack of our reception. We received so many compliments from guests that it was the best music/mixes that was ever heard at a wedding before.

   We used ITM for our 5/10/24 wedding at the Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees NJ! I can’t praise them enough! We had DJ Apex & Harry as the emcee. The whole process from booking to day of was flawless. Mary worked with me on budget & confirming all details were covered. Harry was awesome to work with day of. He truly understands timelines & making the ceremony & reception run smoothly. DJ Apex perfectly cued up all of our ceremony songs & even downloaded / played a song that was released on the day of our wedding, but I wanted it for our processional! It was an all around amazing experience- definitely recommend using them for any of your DJ needs!

   Booking with In The Mix Event Group was the best thing I did through my entire booking process. From day one they were professional, communicative and so helpful.
I didnt want to have to try to coordinate multiple vendors through my planning process. In The Mix being a "one stop shop" made it so I didnt have to do that. The packages that they have to offer are affordable and make the planning process so smooth. I also loved their online client portal. It made it super easy to plan out my songs and photos.
Mary was a breath of fresh air to work with. I met her at the first bridal expo I went to and I am so happy I did. She was so hands on with communicating with me through everything. She did an AMAZING job on our engagement pictures and got them back to us so quick! Mary was so helpful on our actual wedding day. She rolled with the shenanigans of our groomsmen. Her creativity to find shots despite the rain on our wedding day just blew my mind. She went above and beyond what she had to when it came to our wedding day when we could not find our venue coordinator to help with a facilities issue. I am so so happy that we got to work with Mary.
Emcee Katie was so awesome. She kept everyone in check through lining up for our intros. She kept the night flowing and made sure everyone was having a great time. She was able to adapt and change things last minute when we had to cut out some dances  and made it so no one but us even knew. Her vibes were amazing all around!
our DJ/officiant Ian fit so perfect for the vibe we were going for. He made our ceremony short, sweet and lighthearted which is exactly what we wanted. He was able to cut out parts of the ceremony (mid ceremony) that our daughter was not cooperating for. He didnt stick to the script which we loved because it sound natural and not robotic. He had the dance floor packed and made sure to mix in a few of the Trolls songs that our kids love.
The photo booth was a huge hit too! There were so many props and the pictures themselves came out clear. Everyone absolutely loved it.
I could keep going forever with how happy I was with In The Mix. So so happy I had the privilege to work with them! Thank you guys for making our wedding day amazing

   What a breeze working with In the mix. A one-stop shop of nothing but professionals. We were going to go with independent vendors for each thing we needed (photography, lighting, DJ/band, rent a PA for the ceremony, photobooth, etc) then we went to a “wedding expo” for lack of a better word and met In the mix photographer, Mary. Got a packet from her that outlined all of the different packages they offer as well as fully customizable plans, and we were sold. Rather than dealing with 7 different vendors for the things we wanted it was a no fuss process that was easier than I could have ever anticipated for what is already an incredibly stressful time. Huge shoutout to everyone involved but specifically photographer Mary, for being our main point of contact through the experience pre/during/post wedding, as well as photographer Jackie who was there the day of the wedding and DJ Cory for keeping the party alive with ease!

   In the Mix provided DJ, emcee, photography, and videography services for our wedding in October 2023, and they were amazing. I can’t recommend them enough. Mary, our photographer, worked with us (and our dog) on an engagement photo shoot and she was incredible during the wedding. Our emcee Alexcia kept everyone organized and energized, our DJ St. James accommodated all of our song requests along with a great dance mix, and our videographer/Photo Booth were awesome. Thank you all so much for making our special day even more special!
